Sales Account Executive

Account Executives on the sales team are responsible for selling to opportunities that have requested information or self-sourced (inbound and outbound). Responsibilities

Prospect and develop sales opportunities in the SME / corporate sales segment.
Manage complete and complex sales-cycles often presenting to corporate or top company executives the value of our full suite of services.
Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied customers
Evangelize our solution offering through service demonstrations, events, and account-specific initiatives.

Technical Project Executive / Project Coordinator

Desired Skills:

Proven work experience as a similar role
Experience working in IT Infrastructure construction Industry or MEP Construction field is mandatory.
An ability to prepare and interpret site blue prints, schedules and step-by-step action plans
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
Proven leadership skills
Expertise in conflict resolution
Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability
Proficiency with work scope software tools including but not limited to Excels, Autocad entry level, Project management software.

Business Development Executive/ Manager

Desired Skills Responsibilities

Business Development by acquiring new clients.
Help to outreach market to interact with National and International clients.
Bidding and Tendering of Projects.
Ensuring professional communication with prospective clients.
Drafting of Business proposals in the Pre-Sales stage.
Closely working with the Project Managers, to ensure timely completion of projects.
Account Management through professional post sales support.
Staying updated on the latest technology .
Day To day business involves responding bidding/tendering, responding to RFP’s, project/business analysis, project cost analysis, project budgeting, client communication, sales, post sale support and services and market research.

Skill Sets

Excellent Verbal and Written English communication skills.
Having smart and analytical approach to things.
Tech Savvy along with relevant Knowledge of the IT Infrastructure, Data Center, Telecommunication Infra, Renovation Related MEP Project related matters.
Past experience in Project sales, Dealing with various MEP Consultants, Building Architects, Renovation and Project Main contractors and the bidding tendering of projects.
Female candidate preferred.

INTERNSHIP Program

We would like to offer an internship program for students.
We have the pleasure of having many of you student from universities from all over the country as our interns. We have been an active IT Infrastructure and MEP Project developer since 1984. We believe it is an excellent opportunity to gain and improve your experience in working with the modern and advance industry player such as us.
You’ll have a chance to:
gain knowledge in advance building services construction project which IT infrastructure as the main core.
gain competence in conducting installation, planning and project management related support works.
multi-cultural experience of diversity and identity
gain experience in some of the world-famous clients site or iconic building.

Working hours:

from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Saturday (adjustment of work hour may happen, it will be depending on what kind of project we work on). The Foundation works Monday through weekends. For students who’ll decide to join us, we provide basic payment compensation as per industry standard.
